Aboutme

Hi, my name is Bruno Riguzzi! I initially created this website to document my path as I work towards red-teaming (penetration testing). But, as I spent countless hours trying to fix my gitlab ci/cd pipelines, tyring to keep my website structure organized and trying to understand Hugo shortcodes, I decided to build a website to include any and anything that sounds interesting to me. Afterall, it is MY website. It is still in its infancy, but I want to commit to creating something where I can add ideas, blogs, interesting facts, pictures, and other things.

Don't expect much logic or reason as to the content under the Blog section. There I hope to add a plethora of posts covering a wide gamut of topics that interest me. Posts will take the form of just free-writing to more structured essays. The Pen-testing writeup section will include writeups of boxes I do over the years. I am still trying to standardize a format for this but am experimenting with what makes more sense to me.

As stated in the home page, two things that are very close to my heart and shape my life in one way or another are the facts that I enjoy scuba diving and my passion for travel. Recently (i did a blog post on this!) I made the decision to start my cave diving course, a decision I do not take lightely and that shapes a person to their core. As to travelling, I have been to over 50 countries in most of the continents, with the notable exception of Antartica - unfortunately. Some of my most unique visits include the DPRK, North Korea, during the post-mortem birthday celebrations of Kim Il-Sung - an event that has tourists from all over Korea visiting Pyongyang to see the President's body and pay their respects. I hope to write more on this later on, and hopefully also add some pictures of my time there. On this…I am still figuring out how to optimize images on Hugo!

If you like anything here and would like to chat, please do feel free to reach out by email. There should be an email link in the homepage - if that still works! If not, you can do so to the following address: [email protected]
